Anyone else having problems submitting this?
It comes up Bad request unable to submit data
Im taking the client ref no as the your ref quoted on ticketing correspondence

Didn’t fill the form but got the tickets through… did the form later in case it meant them being blocked… beginning of the end… permanent restrictions ahead, potentially… all lily pads for the frog 🐸 of authoritarianism… maybe 🤔 possibly… perhaps 🤔

Did the compliance thing yesterday and got the tickets today. Although I don't think they are necessarily linked.
As I didn't do the compliance for Boxing Day as I wasn't able to go but still received the tickets despite the club warning I wouldn't get the tickets unless I did compliance.
It seems that it is the usual lottery as to how things are conducted by the ticket office

I asked supporter services when the tickets are being sent out.
Got this reply:

was asking me to complete the captcha thing but there was nothing there to complete.
kept trying, refreshing etc, let it for a while and went back and it went through.
not without it's issues.

Not a problem. 20 seconds. The only issue was deciding an answer to the question "Have you travelled from an area of high Covid incidence recently?" Yeah, Brentwood.

There is no way that that had any impact on the attendance. It takes seconds to do and is pointless as it's all stuff that the Cliub knows anyway, so why would anyone not go because of it? You'd have to be completely braindead.

Cheers i tried that and it worked.
For the saints game on boxing day i didnt get asked but probably because i didnt purchase my ticket until Xmas day night.

I totally agree. 60 seconds of form filling is way too much hassle, it's a lot easier just to waste all the money you spent on your seat!
